National Strategies to acquire the Edison Group
WASHINGTON: National Strategies, a b-to-b consulting firm, plans to acquire the Edison Group, a public affairs firm based in Atlanta. Edison, which has four principals, will continue to be based in Atlanta and will be called NSI Public Affairs. It will provide work across all of the industry teams, said Tammy Fleur, director of marketing for National Strategies, who noted that no layoffs are expected. In January, Allison & Partners hired Brian Feldman, a former partner at the Edison Group, as the GM of its Atlanta and Washington offices.
