Clarendon Group appoints new management
PROVIDENCE: Rhode Island-based Clarendon Group appointed a three-person leadership team to replace the agency’s founder and president, Christine Heenan, who is stepping down following her appointment as the VP of government, community, and public affairs of Harvard. The new partners are: current Clarendon VP of public affairs, Stacy Paterno, who becomes senior partner of the firm; associate director of public affairs, Arianne Corrente Lynch, who becomes partner; and Garry Bliss, former chief of policy for the City of Providence, who joins as managing partner of the group.
The changes take effect October 1. Heenan will remain a “passive investor,” according to a Clarendon spokeswoman.
