WASHINGTON: APCO Worldwide named Larry Snoddon, former vice chairman, CEO of the Asia region, and Nelson Fernandez as MD of the New York office, effective January 1. Snoddon, who reports to Margery Kraus, president and CEO, replaced Chris Murck. Fernandez, who reports to Neal Cohen, CEO of the Americas region, replaced Snoddon. Murck retained his position as vice chairman in Asia and his membership with the firm’s International Advisory Council.
