BatchBlue launches CRM solution for marketers
PROVIDENCE, RI: BatchBlue Software, makers of social customer relationship management (CRM) solutions for small businesses, has launched BatchBook for Marketing, a customized CRM solution for PR pros and other marketers. Among its capabilities, BatchBook for Marketing allows users to monitor blogs, tweets, and bookmarks, track communications, and organize and tag contacts. It also has built in functionality to manage queries on Peter Shankman’s Help a Reporter Out (HARO).
