Rainbow Media promotes Apostolou at AMC
NEW YORK: Rainbow Media, holding company for networks AMC, IFC, WEtv, and the Sundance Channel, promoted Theano Apostolou to SVP of publicity, talent relations, and promotional events for AMC, effective March 3. Apostolou, who reports to Ellen Kroner, EVP of communications for Rainbow Media, leads all consumer communications for the network’s programming, talent relations, award campaigns, and industry events. Apostolou was VP of media relations for AMC, WEtv, and music network fuse. Prior to joining Rainbow Media, she worked in the entertainment and lifestyle division of DKC and the consumer brand division of Ketchum.
