NEW BRUNSWICK, NJ: Johnson & Johnson said Nancy Walker, VP, global pharmaceutical communications, will retire, effective September 1. Walker, who has spent nearly 20 years working for J&J, leads strategic external and internal communications, including efforts with the corporate Web site and employee relations.
