LOS ANGELES: Entertainment PR veteran Pat Kingsley will leave PMK/HBH, the agency she founded in 1980, effective February 1. Co-CEO Simon Halls confirmed the departure. Kingsley stepped down from her management position in 2007, but continued to serve as a consultant. She will continue to work on philanthropic efforts for select clients.
