SAN FRANCISCO: Edelman recently appointed Jay Porter GM of its San Francisco office, replacing Catherine Ogilvie, who has stepped down. Porter was formerly SVP of consumer brands in Edelman’s Seattle office. He takes the post March 1. It was not immediately clear if Ogilvie, who joined Edelman in 2006, had found a new position elsewhere.
