Ad Council launches two campaigns

NEW YORK: The Advertising Council launched two campaigns called the “Nutrition Education” campaign with the US Department of Agriculture and the “Youth Reckless Driving Prevention” campaign with the Attorneys General on February 25. For the nutrition campaign, the Ad Council launched a satellite TV and radio media tour. The driving campaign includes a radio media tour, social media, and partnerships with Students Against Destructive Decisions and National Organizations for Youth Safety.

NOYS hires Hager Sharp for contest support

GAINSVILLE, VA: The National Organizations for Youth Safety (NOYS) hired Hager Sharp to support the nonprofit’s annual Act Out Loud contest. The contract, which was awarded November 17, runs through June 30. The Washington-based firm is providing contest promotion, Web site support, and campaign materials. NOYS, which has its headquarters in Gainsville, VA, is a coalition of organizations, leaders, and federal agencies that focuses on youth safety and health issues.
