GLASTONBURY, CT: Cashman & Katz hired Shane Wirta as VP, group media director, effective December 1. Wirta oversees the firm’s media department, including the group’s planning activities. Wirta worked with Cashman & Katz 11 years ago and left for in-house positions. Most recently, he was manager of advertising, sports, and events marketing at Bob’s Stores.
