AUSTIN, TX: Public Strategies promoted Dan Bartlett to president and CEO, replacing Jeff Eller, effective March 15. Eller, who has been president and CEO since 2006, will serve as vice chairman, working with founder and chairman Jack Martin and vice chairman Mark McKinnon. Bartlett, who joined the agency in November 2007, will provide strategic counsel to the firm’s largest accounts and will help manage day-to-day operations.
