FD acquires The Element Agency
NEW YORK: FD has acquired Canada’s The Element Agency, a firm that services clients across North America, specializing in sustainability, issues advocacy, and CSR initiatives. The Element Agency was established in 2003, and will be known as FD Element. Previous leaders at The Element, Don Millar and Grant Draper, will stay on as CEO and president, respectively, of FD Element. Clients include AIG, MGM Mirage, and the firm provides counsel to the Ontario Liberal Party.
