5W sues Four Corners for $20 million

NEW YORK: The New York-based 5W PR firm and its CEO, Ronn Torossian, is suing Four Corners Communications and its founder Drew Kerr for $20 million in damages. The December 4 suit alleges that Kerr and his firm acquired the Internet domain name ronntorossianpr.com and placed an advertisement for a Summer’s Eve Douche product there, which caused “irreparable harm to Torossian’s goodwill and reputation in violation of common law trademark principles,” according to court documents.
