RBFF looking for agencies to work on project basis
ALEXANDRIA, VA: The Recreational Boating & Fishing Foundation (RBFF) put out a request for bids while it is creating a pool of agencies for project work. The federal agency is looking for agencies to provide project support because the foundation’s internal communications has been built up and it can save money by hiring firms on a contract basis, said Heather Sieber, director of communications for the Alexandria, VA-based RBFF. The request was issued January 7; bids, which asked agencies to provide an hourly rate, were due January 21. Sieber said she hopes to have a decision by February. “We had to access what our needs were,” she said.
