Edelman introduces food and nutrition advisory panel
NEW YORK: Edelman launched a food and nutrition advisory panel to better provide the New York-based agency’s food and nutrition practice in Chicago with strategic counsel on issues ranging from obesity to food policy.
The panel’s members include Arthur Caplan, professor and chair at the University of Pennsylvania; Johanna Dwyer, chair of the Francis Stern Nutrition Center at Tufts Medical Center; Gary Foster, professor at Temple University; and Jeanne Goldberg, professor at Tufts University. Sylvia Rowe, a former president of the International Food Information Council, will continue as a strategic counselor for Edelman.
Counsel will also be available to the agency’s US health and consumer health practices.
