Conde Nast acquires Ars Technica

NEW YORK: Conde Nast acquired technology blog Ars Technica for about $25 million, Ars’ editor-in-chief Ken Fisher confirmed via the blog. The Web site will become a part of Wired Digital in the publisher’s CondeNet division, but will maintain an independent editorial staff, Fisher said.
