Peppercom launches The Digital Aptitude Test

NEW YORK: PepperDigital, a service offering from Peppercom, has introduced The Digital Aptitude Test, a proprietary tool to assess a company’s digital strengths and weaknesses and match digital programs with business goals. The test is an 80-question survey that identifies internal issues such as knowledge about Web 2.0 and budgeting. PepperDigital is also launching a site, www.digitalaptitudetest.com, that will feature an abbreviated test, white papers, and other information.

Peppercom promotes Birkhahn to COO

NEW YORK: Peppercom has promoted MD Ted Birkhahn to COO and head of client services, a newly created position. Birkhahn will focus on developing a new agency staffing model and integrating the firm’s three offices.

Peppercom hires MIT’s Ford as director

NEW YORK: Peppercom hired Sam Ford, formerly of Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), as director of consumer insights on May 21. Ford previously worked as a project manager at MIT’s Convergence Culture Consortium and MIT comparative media studies instructor. He will lead the agency’s PepperDigital practice in its research and analysis of audience behavior and media trends.
