FDR Four Freedoms Parks hires Rubenstein

NEW YORK: The Franklin and Eleanor Roosevelt Institute (FERI) tapped Rubenstein PR as AOR for the debut of the Franklin D. Roosevelt Four Freedoms Park, to be built on the southern tip of New York’s Roosevelt Island. Effective August 6, RPR began to oversee media relations for the park, plan tours, and implement a campaign to reintroduce the park, which was originally designed by Louis I. Kahn in 1972, to the community.

Charitybuzz taps Rubenstein as AOR

NEW YORK: JMJ Holdings, a Dallas-based, high-end residential developer, hired Rubenstein PR, effective August 27. The agency will develop the corporate brand and oversee PR for JMJ Holding’s projects, including upcoming projects in Avon, CO; Mayakoba, Mexico; and the Middle East.

Extended Stay picks Rubenstein PR as AOR

NEW YORK: Extended Stay Hotels, behind the recent viral videoof a woman licking the contents of her hotel room to prove its cleanliness, hired Rubenstein PR as AOR to promote its five brands: Extended Stay America, Homestead Studio Suites, Studio PLUS, Extended Stay Deluxe and Crossland. Effective July 30, Rubenstein will promote the renovations in more than 250 of Extended Stay’s hotel rooms, and will generate media coverage of the hotel chain’s digital campaign, which will include another viral video expected to debut this month.

Talent Resources appoints Rubenstein AOR

NEW YORK: Talent Resources, a marketing firm that secures celebrities for special appearances, hired Rubenstein PR as AOR, effective July 21. The agency will work to to raise awareness of the company, generate coverage in business and advertising trades, and to schedule speaking engagements for Mike Heller, president and founder of Talent Resources.

Rubenstein hires Samantha Kain

NEW YORK: Rubenstein PR hired Samantha Kain as VP, effective July 21. At RPR, Kain will represent Talent Resources, a marketing firm that specializes in celebrity endorsements. Kain comes to RPR from Paul Wilmot Communications, where she served as an account director of the lifestyle division and worked with a variety of luxury hotel and restaurant accounts.
