WASHINGTON: Rasky Baerlein Strategic Communications will appoint former Wall Street Journal national political reporter Christopher Cooper as a VP in its Washington office January 19. He will provide communications and public affairs counsel to national and international clients. Prior to joining the Journal a decade ago, Cooper worked at The Times-Picayune of New Orleans for 11 years.
