RALEIGH: French/West/Vaughan (FWV) has named David Gwyn president and principal of the firm. Rick French, founder and former president & CEO, will now take the title of chairman, in addition to CEO. Gwyn will be responsible for taking on a larger role in managing the day-to-day operations of FWV as well as continuing to provide senior counsel to clients such as Wrangler and Coca-Cola. The firm’s New York office now reports directly to Gwyn.
