PARSIPPANY, NJ: Coyne PR has promoted Rich Lukis to agency president, while founder Tom Coyne remains in the CEO position. Lukis has worked at Coyne for more than a decade, most recently as EVP. He will now take on oversight of all operational and functional duties, including leadership of all practice areas, finance, and HR. Tom Coyne will continue to be the main point of contact for client relations. He also oversees management of new business efforts, directs the crisis communications unit, and is overall creative director.
