CLEVELAND: The Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland named James Savage VP of public affairs, in charge of communications and outreach to external audiences, effective June 30. Savage previously was director of corporate communications for Toronto-based Philips Electronics and is also a former VP of international public affairs for GTE.
