LOS ANGELES: Costa Mesa, CA-based Idea Hall has opened an LA office and hired VPs Dennis Kaiser and Marcie Perez to oversee operations and develop specialty capabilities including multicultural, nonprofit, and “green” marketing. Prior to joining Idea Hall, Kaiser served as an associate director at Phoenix’s Off Madison Ave. Perez joins from Tu Ciudad Magazine’s PR and marketing group.
